Jon Daggerhart

President, Software Engineer

Jon Daggerhart graduated from the University of UNC Charlotte in 1998 and immediately began his career in software development with a focus on business growth. With a unique combination of technical software development experience and business acumen, Jon keeps one foot in each world and can speak both languages fluently. Jon's philosophy of customer care is demonstrated in the quality and efficiency of the solutions provided to the company's clients.


Bill Darcy

Principal Software Engineer

Bill Darcy has designed software for over 25 years in a variety of fields including Industrial, Legal, Financial, and Medical. Bill enjoys working with clients who use his software to define and hone their software so it is most efficient for them. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.


Jim Graham

Senior Software Engineer

Having started his software development career in 1989, Jim Graham brings a wealth of data processing experience to Efficiency Lab. Jim has worked on projects ranging from desktop applications to multi-tier web sites. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida.


Victoria Calvert

Project Manager

After graduating with a Bachelors in Science from Susquehanna University in 2007, Victoria Calvert moved to Asheville to volunteer for AmeriCorps. She remained in the non-profit sector for several years managing fundraising campaigns with United Way. In 2011, Victoria transitioned her management and organizational skills to begin working as Project Manager for Efficiency Lab. In addition to helping manage Efficiency Lab’s quality software development process, Victoria is currently pursuing a Masters in Project Management at Western Carolina University.


Hunter Graham

Software Test Engineer

Hunter graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a degree in Computer Criminology. While in school he held the communications position with his fraternity Lambda Alpha Epsilon and created a database application that was used to manage the fraternity members. His technology focused degree and attention to detail makes Hunter a perfect fit to manage Efficiency Lab's software testing efforts. He is responsible for creating detailed test plans to support the company's quality software focus and for designing and maintaining our test automation process.


Nolan Scobie

Junior Software Engineer

Nolan Scobie is an aspiring software engineer with a passion for learning new technologies. He has experience ranging from full stack web development and server administration to game and robot programming. He has been a member of the Ashebots youth robotics team for four years under the mentorship of Efficiency Lab's own Bill Darcy. Nolan and his team made it to the World Championship this year, and ranked in the top 2.5% of FIRST Tech Challenge teams in the world.
