Who is EfficiencyLab, LLC?
We're a software and Website development company with offices in Charlotte and Asheville, North Carolina.
How long have you been around?
EfficiencyLab was founded in 1999.
What do you do?
Put simply, we do for software and Websites what a renovation architect does for a kitchen stuck in the 70's, an auto restorer does for a beat up '68 GTO, or an image consultant does for a drab and outdated look. We renovate and redesign software and Websites to better meet your current needs, without abandoning what you already have and like, or throwing out the investment you already made. We also create and integrate add-on tools, to expand your current software to make it easier to use and to allow legacy (or the less technical term old) programs to work with modern applications - such as through your Website or for handhelds and mobile phones.
At the heart of what we do is efficiency and simplicity. Our goal is to help you utilize your software and Website tools to run your organization more effectively - not to make it more difficult to do so.
What types of companies do you work with?
We work with companies and on projects both large and small. Our clients include small home-based businesses, non-profits, and schools, as well has Fortune 500 companies, large manufacturing firms, and the nuclear power industry. Our focus is on renovation and redesign - and we apply that focus to wide variety of projects.

We are fortunate to have a wide range of expertise, so we aren't limited in the choices when it comes to working with your organization. Rather than "selling" you on a specific technology or platform, we are able to work with what you already have in place, and go from there.
