Lofty Kingdom Privacy Policy

EfficiencyLab, the provider of the Lofty Kingdom software application ("Game"), ("EfficiencyLab") is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our Game. This privacy policy (the "Policy") discloses EfficiencyLab’s information privacy practices for the Game and is intended to inform users of EfficiencyLab’s data collection and use practices.

Your Consent. By using EfficiencyLab’s Game, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

How and What Information We Collect. In order to use certain services associated with the Game, you may be required to register with EfficiencyLab. When you register as a Game user or otherwise voluntarily contact EfficiencyLab, EfficiencyLab may collect certain personally identifiable information from you. This information may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, age, gender, your social media or other linked account information, and other information volunteered by you, such as information provided through responses, registration, reviews, emails, messages, and other electronic submissions sent by you to EfficiencyLab. The Game may also require collection of data relating to your location and your progress through the Game, which will be tied to your user account. We will never collect sensitive data such as health information, religios affiliation, political views, or sexual orientation. You should not provide EfficiencyLab with any personally identifiable information (or submit any personally identifiable information to EfficiencyLab or any affiliated forums) unless you would like that information to be used by EfficiencyLab in accordance with this Policy.

EfficiencyLab may also automatically collect non-personally identifiable, auxiliary information from you when you access the Game, including but not limited to your Internet Protocol ("IP") Address, the unique device identifier generated from the device you use to access the Game (e.g., ESN, MAC, MEI, MEID), device manufacturer and model, operating system and version on your device, language, and other similar information.

Management of Data Collection. Through the user account section within the Game app, you have the option to update your account information, control the type of advertisements you receive while using the Game, delete or limit certain types of data collection through the Game, and entirely delete your account. This is the most efficient way to control such data collection relating to your user account, but you may also request such services by emailing us at games@efficiencylab.com.

What We Do With Your Information. EfficiencyLab may use the information collected from you to provide, administer, operate, and improve the Game and your experience with and within the Game and notify you about the status of the Game. In the event of a data breach or potential breach, we will endeavor to contact you in a timely manner regarding such breach.

Except as disclosed herein, EfficiencyLab will NOT share your personally identifiable information with any third parties, including individuals, businesses, or government entities, without your consent. EfficiencyLab will share your personally identifiable information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process or in the event you violate our Game Terms of Use.

In addition, EfficiencyLab, or our third party ad and/or content server, may collect certain non-personally identifiable information. We may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers or software, to administer our site, and to gather demographic information. A third party ad server may also provide us with summary, but not individual, reports that will tell us how many ads were presented and clicked upon within the Game.

A Note for Parents. The Game and any other affiliated forums, are not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age. EfficiencyLab does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under eighteen (18) years of age. The Game will, however, allow use by minors aged thirteen (13) and up with the requirement that their parent or guardian consent to such use in advance. If a parent or guardian has consented to a minor’s access to and use of the Game but wishes to rescind such consent, the parent or guardian should contact us at games@efficiencylab.com to submit the request. We will then terminate that minor’s access to and use of the Game and ensure that the minor’s information is no longer accessible through the Game.

Third Parties. We will not and do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties. We provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners, and other third parties (collectively, "service partners"). We and our service partners may use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our site and to deliver our services. For example, we work with a third party platform in order to receive payment for in-game purchases. We may also release your information to third parties to assist us in providing the Game to you and/or to help us provide customer service.

Our service partners as well as other third-party websites that may be linked to our Game have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. EfficiencyLab is not responsible for any actions or privacy policies of such third parties. You should check the applicable privacy policies of those third parties when providing personally identifiable information through linked websites.

Security. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Cookies. "Cookies" are commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are placed on a computer hard drive to enable you to more easily communicate and interact with the Game. EfficiencyLab may use cookies on its Game, although none of the cookies contain any personally identifiable information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy. Changes to this EfficiencyLab Privacy Policy will be posted on the Game. Such changes will be effective when posted to the Game, so please check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Game and/or affiliated forums, constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
